Raised in Southern California on a healthy diet of fantasy and science fiction, Amanda grew up knowing from the time she was small that she wanted to be a writer. She wrote her first story at the age of five and began her first novel at eleven. While attaining a Bachelor’s in Creative Writing from USC, Amanda received the Middleton Fellowship for excellence in Poetry. Today she has split her writing journey creating compelling online storytelling for blogs and business clients, and writing fiction novels in multiple genres. She lives in Toney, Alabama with her husband, son, and her book collection.
